It had a magnificent and unbeatable setting short walk to train station, shops as well as the local restaurants and pubs. Brad made everything for all of us. For safety measures it had smoke detectors.

The place is tidy and rooms are spotless. The host, Brad, makes you feel at home. Nice to have a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels available. I appreciated the place.

Stayed there for 1 night, loved it. This apartment met every demand; would definitely come back.

The location of the hotel was ideal, with the town centre just a short 3-minute walk away. the train station was also conveniently located, making it easy to explore other areas. the breakfast offered a good variety of options, ensuring guests were well-fed to start their day. the host was friendly and accommodating, providing clean towels and a bottle of water upon arrival.

Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the hotel. From the dirty rooms to the poorly cleaned shared bathroom, it was clear that hygiene was not a priority.

However, it's worth noting that some aspects like the shared bathroom and lack of soundproofing were not ideal.

The lack of locks on the bedroom doors made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. the owner's rude and aggressive behavior when we expressed our dissatisfaction was completely uncalled for.

One standout feature was the exceptional service from Brad himself. If I ever find myself back in Ballymena, I'll definitely be staying at Brads Pad again.
